
Principal-in-Charge of RHSM’s project
is
Jennifer Devlin, AIA, LEED AP, who is known for combining
strong, creative design with practical solutions. She
leads her firm in a wide variety of work ranging from
academic facilities, galleries, museum, public libraries,
and schools. Her most recent project is the San Mateo
Public Library, opened in 2006. She has directed and
managed teams for a number of successful projects, including
the Ross School Master Plan in Ross, California, as well
as the award-winning Tenderloin Community School in San
Francisco.
EHDD Architecture hired
by RHSM to plan for future Middle School and Upper
School Campus of Rowland Hall-St. Mark's School.

Scott Shell, AIA, LEED AP, project manager,
is a nationally recognized expert on high performance
and sustainable design and will oversee efforts to make
ours an environmentally responsible project. He has worked
on nearly a dozen educational projects including the
Ross School Master Plan, the Tenderloin School, and the
Marin Country Day School in Corte Madera, California.
In addition, he recently completed the highly energy-efficient
and award-winning Global Ecology Research Center for
the Carnegie Institution of Washington on the Stanford
University campus. He is currently completing Chartwell
School, a project that aims to achieve a LEED Platinum
Rating.
