| Rowland Hall-St. Mark's School is a nonprofit organization and is governed by a Board of Trustees made up of parents, community members and representation from the Episcopal Church. The primary obligation of the Board of Trustees is to support and further the general mission of the school. Board members are entrusted with the vision for the school, while day-to-day operation is the responsibility of the Head of School. The Board offers the expertise and vision to keep the school's mission intact and viable for the future.
